PLACE: RUBY TUESDAY'S - NORTHFIELD SQUARE MALL ON STATE ROUTE 50 IN BRADLEY
DATE: WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 14, 2008
TIME: 6:30 PM
COST: $18 EACH FOR ONE OF THE 3 FOLLOWING ENTREES:
Choice #1 - HERB CRUSTED TILAPIA – Comes with steamed broccoli and brown-rice pilaf topped with cheese and tomatoes.
Choice #2 – PETITE SIRLOIN - Comes with steamed broccoli and mashed potatoes.
Choice #3 – PARMESAN CHICKEN PASTA – With Parmesan cream sauce, topped with marinara and shredded Parmesan & Swiss cheese.
Choice #4 - The "All You Can Eat" salad bar will be available with pop, tea or coffee for $14 (this is not an “add on” to your meal).

Please specify either your entrée choices or salad bar.

PROGRAM: The program will be provided by the new Illinois HBA President, Terry Ruhland. Bill Ward from the Governmental Affairs office will also be there to update us on current legislation and what the State office is doing to help the Illinois building industry during this economic turmoil.
